1967 (1994) Issues - On 1 June 1994, new notes were issued with enhanced security features including windowed security threads, extended silver metallic printing, additional registration devices, new background colors, new tartan (front) and pyramid (back) screen trap patterns, novel serial numbers, and the denomination in OVI in the bottom right front on the 10- and 20-lira notes.
